Prepare your items along with any boxes, paperwork, or packaging. For security and protection, ensure everything is discreetly packed during travel. Please also have your ID (driving licence or passport) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, PDFs accepted) ready. You can send scans of these documents in advance to speed up your visit by emailing them to services@suttonsandrobertsons.com.

Select the most convenient London store for you. We have three central locations in South Kensington, Victoria Street, and Edgware Road, with directions and transport details available on each stores page. You can book an appointment or simply walk in. If you are short on time, opt for a 15 minute drop off and complete the rest from home, or choose a full consultation of up to 60 minutes.

Walk into your chosen store, or attend your scheduled appointment. If you opt for a full consultation, our team will guide you through the entire process in person, with time to answer any questions. If you choose a quick drop off, your agreement will be issued digitally by email, allowing you to complete the process from home at your convenience.

Once you have received a quote and reviewed our 'from home' options, or been advised by our team, get in touch to arrange your courier service. We will confirm the most suitable option for you and talk you through clear instructions, so your items are sent securely and fully insured, with support on hand if you need it.

Prepare your items, including any boxes or paperwork, where possible. You can use your own secure packaging or request a free courier pack (with packaging provided), which will be dispatched the same day if requested by 1pm. If you are using our next day courier service, you can download a courier label and send your items the same day.

You will be notified once your items have safely arrived with us, along with your offer. Share your ID and proof of address by emailing scanned copies to services@suttonsandrobertsons.com. Your agreement will then be issued digitally for you to review and sign. Funds are transferred the same day (if signed before 3 pm).

Yes. We offer our own insured courier service options, but you are welcome to use your own if you prefer. Before sending anything, please contact us so we can discuss your enquiry and ensure everything is in order. Should you choose to arrange your own courier, you would be responsible for the cost, and any loss or damage in transit would not be covered by our insurance. We would therefore recommend using a guaranteed, insured, tracked and signed-for delivery option. Please note that we only accept deliveries during our opening hours. Deliveries outside these hours will not be possible.
All eligible options are free of charge. Alternative options may be available, and any additional cost would either be deducted from your payout or charged to you separately. Please get in touch for more information.
If our final offer isn’t right for you, we’ll return your item(s) free of charge, or you can collect them in store at a time that suits you.
There is a simple purchase agreement, which we’ll send to you via DocuSign for easy online signing.
