We recommend booking an appointment to ensure you receive dedicated time with one of our specialists, though if you are near by we always welcome walk-ins.
How long does an appointment usually take?
Appointments can take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on if you are just dropping off your items, or completing the transaction in-store.
Can I choose which showroom to visit when booking?
Yes, you can select your preferred showroom when booking online or by phone.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring the items you’d like us to assess along with any original boxes and paperwork such as receipts and certificates. We also ask that you bring a valid photo ID with you.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Same-day appointments are often available, subject to availability. We recommend calling the showroom directly if you need one at short notice.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel at any time. We kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. Get in touch with us to cancel your appointment.
